Contact
Send the question first, then the numbers.
Email is the way to reach us, and it keeps a written record of every scope. Put your question in the first line, so we can tell quickly whether a chart is the right answer.
Write to us by email.
If your mail app does not open, copy the address above into a new message. We read every message in the order it arrives.
What to include
Five lines make a first reply possible.
-
Your group or business
One sentence about what it does and who it serves.
-
The question
The question the chart should answer, written as a question.
-
The reader and the date
Who will see the picture, and the date it is needed by.
-
Where the numbers live
The spreadsheet, form or notebook they sit in now, and roughly how many rows there are.
-
Any counting rules
Rules you already use, such as how refunds or cancellations are treated.
Before you attach anything
Remove personal details first.
- Remove names, home addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of individuals. Group names and category names are fine to keep.
- Never send passwords, bank or card details, or identity numbers. We will not need them.
- For a large file, send a sample of a few rows first. We will say whether we need the rest.
Not financial, legal, or medical advice. If the numbers you send guide money, health or legal decisions, a qualified person should check the final picture.
What happens next
A short exchange, then a written scope.
-
We reply with questions
We send back the questions we still need answered before we can say whether a chart is the right tool.
-
We agree a scope
A short written scope sets out what we will deliver, what you will need to supply and the date it is needed by.
-
We begin
Work starts once the scope is agreed by both sides. Nothing begins before that.
